About me

Travis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, with honors, from St. Edwards University in Austin after honorably serving as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. He began his college career at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, but felt the call to serve his country during the Iraq war. He also earned his Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Texas at the McCombs School of Business. To advance his expertise, Travis completed extensive training in Global Cash Flow Lending, Tax Return Analysis, Real Estate and Construction Lending, Commercial Loan Structuring, Business Cash Flow Analysis, Financial Statement Analysis, among many other continuing education programs to provide the highest level of financial support to customers and team. Travis has over seventeen years of commercial banking experience in Austin, working with a variety of businesses, investors, and industries. He is a 3rd generation Austinite and graduate of Westlake High School. Travis is active in various community and charitable organizations in Austin. He currently serves with the Dell Children's Trust & Council and has served with the Real Estate Council of Austin, Austin Chamber of Commerce, as well as being alumni of Leadership Austin, Austin Young Chamber of Commerce, and Young Texan Society. Travis is married to another Austin Native, Carrie Brown. They have four amazing boys, Cole, Caden, Cam, and Connor. He stays busy keeping up with their activities, as well as coaching many of their sports teams. Travis and Carrie spread their time among their school in Northwest Hills, Doss Elementary and spending time with friends and family.
